1. Service Overview

AICAFE Select (hereinafter "the Platform") is a members-only fruit group-buy pre-sale platform operated by Ai Cafe and Bistro. The Platform provides group buying services for premium fruits, wines, and select specialty products through an online group formation mechanism.

2. User Agreement

By using this Platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with any terms, please discontinue use of the Platform services.

3. Group Buy Contractual Relationship

Upon successful group formation, a legally binding purchase agreement is formed between the customer and the merchant. This agreement includes:

  • Product name, quantity, and group buy price
  • Pickup time and location
  • Cancellation and compensation conditions
  • Rights and obligations of both parties

4. Merchant Responsibilities & Obligations

  • Ensure product quality meets descriptions and relevant standards
  • Provide products within the committed pickup window
  • Bear responsibility for disputes arising from product quality issues
  • Properly safeguard user personal information and not disclose to third parties
  • Process refunds and compensation in a timely manner

5. User Responsibilities & Obligations

  • Provide truthful and valid contact information (email address)
  • Pay and collect orders on time after successful group formation
  • If cancellation is needed, operate within the specified timeframe and bear corresponding compensation responsibility
  • Not maliciously join groups and repeatedly cancel, affecting other users' rights
  • Comply with relevant Singapore laws and regulations

6. Cancellation & Compensation Terms

Cancellation may be requested within 12 hours of successful group formation. When cancellation causes the group to fail, the cancelling party must compensate according to the following formula:

Compensation = (Direct Buy Price - Group Buy Price) x Remaining Items

Compensation is intended to cover the loss incurred by remaining orders that can no longer enjoy the group price due to the cancellation. The compensation amount will be used to subsidize the price difference for the remaining items.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information we collect is used solely for providing our services, including:

  • Email address: for login verification and order notifications
  • Order information: for processing and delivering orders
  • Payment information: securely processed by Stripe; we do not store card details

We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

8. Disclaimer

  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, supply chain disruptions), the merchant will notify users promptly and arrange full refunds
  • Product images are for reference only; actual items may vary slightly due to seasonal or origin factors
  • The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices and service terms when necessary

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, Singapore law shall apply.
